Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be requested before sending any item back. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- Return the original item
- Once the return is approved, place a new order separately
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above (unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
